Sometimes you just need to completely switch off. Relaxation massage is full body or focused back and shoulder work — slower, flowing, and genuinely good for bringing your stress levels down from the ceiling.
Go with remedial if something specific is giving you grief. Go with relaxation if you just need an hour to decompress. Still not sure — mention what's going on in the notes when you book and I'll sort it from there.
